Quality Assurance Tester 

#Remotely for UAE, Full time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality of our web and mobile applications (Android & iOS). This remote position is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of testing experience who are eager to grow in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Participate in regression, smoke, and functional testing activities
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues
• Support the creation and maintenance of QA documentation (test plans, checklists)
• Learn and assist with test automation efforts where applicable

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in QA testing (web or mobile)
• Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Basic knowledge of mobile testing (emulators, device farms)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Exposure to API testing concepts (Postman, Swagger)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, or similar)
• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript/Python) is a plus
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or willingness to obtain)

Education:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
